The client, OnSolve, is a global market leader in software-led communication and collaboration tools. Multimodal critical notifications and alerts during emergency situations that threaten public safety or support business continuity and employee safety initiatives were the services being delivered by the tools.

Project Overview

Integrating Jira and ServiceNow was needed to:

  • Sync select Case and Problem records to Jira tickets
  • Send attachments to Jira as part of the SN-to-Jira sync through mid-server configuration
  • Provide visibility on ServiceNow of correlated Jira activities (status changes, comments, etc.)
