Project Overview
Their homegrown warehouse management system called WCS (warehouse control system) caters to different areas of warehouse distribution. This system runs on IBM-i technology, consisting of:
- Inbound Receiving and Put Away
- Inventory Control Process
- Material Handling
- Outbound Process
- Customer Returns and NSP
The WCS system is built and maintained on the IBM-i platform and one of the greatest challenges had been to foray into the legacy modernization path.
