The client is a prominent player in the retail sector, aiming to further streamline its operations.

Project Overview

The assortment plan aimed to create a better and centralized application to build, update, and maintain different APs without much processing overhead. The application was developed with a resemblance to Excel, so the end users who have been using Excel for all their earlier AP processing can adapt easily and the old downstream system would not be affected.
