Client is a cosmetic retailer with lot of emphasize in ecommerce. Client is actively implementing customer360 initiatives around customer data.

Project Details Or Problem Statement

This solution integrates data from multiple sources within the client environment to provide a single point of reference for all customer, order, and product data. The sources of data include commerce cloud transactional data, loyalty data, segmentation data, marketing cloud data, product data and customer support information. All different data sources are brought to a data warehouse/data lake using Azure data integration and Mulesoft Anypoint platform.

  • Integrate data received from different data sources like Salesforce and Annex cloud SFTP server and load the data from Source->Raw->CRM i.e. finally bring all the data to the data warehouse where all data are getting managed.

  • Mulesoft Anypoint platform for integration with 3PL warehouses, Netsuite and Data warehousing systems.
